Employment - Compromise agreements

If your contract of employment is about to be terminated or you are being made redundant, you may be given a Compromise Agreement. These are important, often complicated documents and you will need legal advice upon them before you sign them. Usually the employer will contribute towards the cost of your legal advice. By signing the Compromise Agreement you may be waiving many of your legal rights, so it is important you understand the implications of doing so.

We can provide the advice you need.
